Major outbreak again in Maryland, is this a Second Wave!?!

The scenario continues to degrade worldwide. Southern England, Madrid, Ontario and Germany continue to see significant activity. One ZTB has gone from Illinois to Alaska to Delaware to Pennsylvania in the last month. Another terrorized a Rod Stewart/Steve Winwood concert in Greensboro North carolina, then plagued the Carolina Balloonfest, and was finally incarcerated in Charlotte. Big news here near ground zero, there is definitely a second wave on the loose. As previously reported, we think containment failed at one or more of the local research installations because of a lack of manning due to the government shutdown. We sent a team out over the past two days, and have observed numerous new ZTBs loose in the following towns: Walkersville, Frederick, Hagerstown and Hancock, Maryland. There seems to be a trend, with ZTBs heading west towards the Ohio River Valley, and we will continue to monitor this event closely.
