It has been a while. Those of you starved for news will have likely given up on us. Understandable. It has been a long road. We’re still tracking activity, the graphics probably tell the story the best:
In the U. S. we see a normal high rate of activity in the mid-Atlantic and New England, as is expected. High population centers. We also see a spread into the upper midwest, with Michigan and Illinois as stand outs. Similarly, the California/Arizona souther nevada area seems to have taken quite a hit.
Northern and central Europe have typical rates of infection, although it has grown quite a bit. Ewe’ve seen some minor spread into Northern Africa, as well as South Africa. Australia and New Zealand continue to be hot-spots.
All in all, since the last update 34, 893 hits in the U.S in 47 states. 11, 780 hits in the rest of the world, in 63 countries. Surprised to see new activity in Egypt, Jordan, Kosovo and Lichtenstein. Had our first in Honduras, I think, as well as in Aruba and the Bahamas. 4 in Greenland and Chile too. too. Morocco, Algeria, Cyprus all git hit as well. We also actually had on hit in Antarctica, first one on that continent. Uh-oh. Time and zombies march on. Be careful out there!
